I’m a big fan of the “in plain english” series of videos by Common Craft… Lee & Sachi LeFever do an excellent job of explaining sometimes complex concepts and web apps like Twitter, Facebook, Social Networking, etc…
Like all of their videos, this simple story on social media illustrates it’s use and attraction in very easy to understand terms. Common Craft produces a long list of videos, and in unbranded “presentation quality” versions that can be licensed for use in the workplace.
